MOUVEX : Combined repair of an asynchronous servomotor and KEB drive

Mouvex, manufacturer of volumetric pumps and compressors for liquid or powdery products transfers suffers a general breakdown. Indeed, their main machining center is at a standstill. Mouvex diagnoses a spindle motor default.

We recommend our customer to entrust us with the emergency revision of the KEB asynchronous servomotor and the KEB F4 variable speed drive in order to validate these together.

Our experts urgently overhaul the Motor and replace the temperature sensor. However, the KEB F4 drive is in default. We propose to refurbish this specific drive and manage to correct the default.

The products are immediately delivered to our customer who restarts its production successfully.
