EQIOM (17, France), a major key player in building materials (production of cements, aggregates and ready-mix concrete), plans to overhaul its high-power engines.

With our experience and our technical skills, EQIOM has chosen to entrust us with the overhaul of one of their 1.4 MW engine (11 tons).

• Insulation faults control
• Winding shock waves
• Resistance and stator windings control
• Mechanical inspection (concentricity, bearings seatings, watertightness)
• Rotor balancing
• Washing, steaming, impregnation, finishing, anti-flash
• Bearings changing
• Screws, bolts and cable glands changing
• Load and no-load tests
• Painting
• Vibration measurements
