AVERY DENNISON : 2 breakdowns on the same day, 2 emergency deliveries!

Our customer Avery Dennison, manufacturer of packaging and labeling solutions for consumer goods contacts us at 7am because a failing power supply S120 DC Bus 80KW (6SL3130-7TE28-0AA3). As the machine is stopped, our customer requires an emergency delivery. Thanks to our new products stock, we shipped the power supply immediately with the goal that Avery Dennison restarts its production the same evening.

A few hours later, our customer calls us back because of a S120 drive (6SL3120-1TE26-0AA3) failure that requires immediate replacement. Our customer asks us a second emergency delivery. Our team finds the product at Siemens Germany and the drive is sent.

Avery Dennison receives the 2 products in the night and restarts their machine at 3am, which means less than 20 hours after their first call.
