VALEO Suze sur Sarthe: 72h to intervene on a shutdown production line

The Valeo factory in Suze sur Sarthe, manufacturer of heat exchangers for car air conditioning asks us an emergency repair following the shutdown of one of their production lines. In fact, 2 motors don’t work anymore and the spare motors are failing.

Following our diagnosis the first engines are too damaged to be repaired. In addition, as these engines are obsolete, it’s difficult to get spare parts within a reasonable time four our customer. In order to restart this line as quickly as possible, we repair the spare motors successfully.

Successful operation! Our customer restarts the production on this line.

The Thermal Systems Department Management has personally thanked us: “I would like to thank you for your professionalism and reactivity. We received the Motors this morning and we restarted the line successfully this afternoon.”
